In 1987, Sareyyet Ramallah opened the first swimming pool in Ramallah. Sareyyet provided swimming training for beginner and advanced swimmers, of which many have become important swimmers in Palestine. As well as training swimming skills for children and adults of both genders, Sareyyet also provides lifeguard training and has graduated many of the life guards working in Ramallah’s swimming pools.
