This Department seeks to activate the cultural and social life within Sareyyet Ramallah and also to promote opening up to the local community through a variety of activities such as the Outreach Program, Accountability Program and other cultural activities including voluntary work, workshops,  and training in leadership skills held in coordination with partner organizations.

Furthermore, Sareyyet Ramallah annually organizes Maysa Khouri Summer Camp and delegates youth groups abroad to participate in training camps.
